This client is located in beautiful offices in the City and is looking for sales or recruitment professional to join their growing team!

They are a successful recruitment company specialised in the Technology Sector. They play a pivotal role is standard/core tech supporting of data science and focus now into the future, for the top technology firms globally.

£23,000 basic salary £25k after two months then £27k after 3-5 placements

If you bill £250k you earn minimum £100k (depending on experience) + bonuses paid quarterly.

This company is a separate branch of a global finance recruitment firm. There is fantastic financial backing from this and you will be working very closely under a top biller (£1m a year). You’ll be given guidance, development and coaching throughout. Successful candidates will possess the following

• Recruitment / sales experience OR very strong commercial experience

• An interest in the commercial world; a genuine desire to learn about global markets and key trends in the tech space.
• A passion for working collaboratively in a small team
• A confidence to work with senior level candidates in the Tech industry
• A drive to build a successful career and team within the industry
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills

Your role as Tech Recruiter will include

• Cold calling business and garneting leads
• Headhunting specialised candidates and screening them
• Attending client briefings, understanding the role you can play in the growth of your Consultancy client
• Gathering market intelligence from speaking with candidates and clients in the Tech space
• Working alongside team to provide in depth documentation for your clients
• Identifying leaders in your field, who could implement the changes highlighted
