Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£20,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission- £30,000 1st Year OTE

Location: Birmingham

You MUST previous sales experience!

• Outbound sales experience- B2B or B2C
• Hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ambitious and Self-starter Competitive nature.
• Great work ethic.
• People who are money motivated and have a genuine drive to earn uncapped commission.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Generating new business through business development.
• Sourcing candidates through several means (LinkedIn, advertising, headhunting ect).
• Managing the full 360 Recruitment cycle.
• Pre-screening and prepping candidates.
• Closing deals.
• Meeting with candidates and clients across the UK and Europe.
• Building relationships with clients and candidates.
