I am partnering with a Talent and Consulting solutions Life Sciences Business who are searching for a Recruitment Consultant with 6-12 months experience in ANY white collar industry. You will be required to be a money hungry individual who has the get up and go to kick start the new year in a don't miss opportunity!
Due to a demand in the Medical Device space, there has been a hiring requirement for this role to be urgently filled by the close of January 2021 as part of the businesses rapid growth plans.
The team ONLY focus on senior level hires, ONLY work on strong rates with an average fee size of 33% with international clients and ONLY strive for the best out of every consultant in the business!
The opportunity for this role as a Recruitment Consultant in the Medical Device (Regulatory Affairs) space would mean working on average deal sizes between £20-35K, commissions upto 40% which would automatically be hit after one deal and warm accounts to leverage off!
You will have the opportunity to learn directly from the current Head Of Medical Device, who will mentor you step by step along the way to becoming a market expert in your vertical, alongside a confident, regular business development professional across the regions of the EU! Currently sat at a desk with £80K worth of business which needs to be attacked, this opportunity is not one to be missed!
Additionally, as this is a new market ventured into by the business, this new critical hire will have extreme scope for progression over the next 12 months. With the opportunity to grow into a Team Leader role within 12 months upon success, the market is booming right now and with yourself and the current Team Leader being the only individuals on the team attacking the market, there's plenty of roles to pull and fill!
