My client are experiencing their highest growth period to date. As such, they are looking to further strengthen their already high performing teams and would welcome the right person on board. You’ll provide recruitment solutions and career support for professionals in one of their five job markets at entry level through to board in multinational consultancies, blue chips and SME's. They are a global firm with offices in London, New York, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and LA.
Responsibilities
• 360° recruitment role – responsible for both Business Development and recruiting Candidates into the Financial Services and Technology space covering mid-senior level placements
• Lead generation, candidate management, business development and account management
• Become a specialist in your job sector and grow into the go-to consultant for roles in your market
• Recruit directly with some of the largest and well-known businesses in the world as well as partnering with fast-growing SME’s to achieve their headcount targets
