Our client is looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Building your own network within the technology market
• Working towards personal and team targets
