£28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | London

Our client is looking for driven, competitive individuals to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, offering the opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Specialising in technology recruitment, they work with businesses to help them attract top talent. You'll learn how to develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and build your own successful desk, with the training and support to help you get there.

No previous recruitment experience is needed. They're far more interested in your attitude, ambition and ability to handle the challenges that come with a career in sales.

The Opportunity

You'll be trained to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including:

• Finding and approaching talented professionals within the technology market

• Building relationships with clients and candidates

• Generating new business and developing client accounts

• Managing interviews and negotiating offers

• Winning new clients and growing your own desk

• Working towards targets and maximising your results
