About the Role
Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a specialist recruitment business working across the Life Sciences sector, supporting organisations across areas including Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices and Healthcare.
They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates from competitive sporting backgrounds. The discipline, resilience, self-motivation and competitive mindset developed through sport can translate well into a career in recruitment.
No previous recruitment experience is required, full training and ongoing development will be provided.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work with candidates and clients across the Life Sciences market.
Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates for specialist Life Sciences positions

Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
-
Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements

Conducting candidate screening and interviews
-
Using LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment databases to identify talent
-
Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
-
Developing your knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Devices markets

Working towards individual and team targets
-
Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements
-
Building a strong professional network within the Life Sciences industry

Previous recruitment experience is not required.
