Our client is hiring ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their Manchester team and build a career in technology recruitment.

No recruitment experience is required. They’re looking for people with the right attitude, commercial instinct and competitiveness to succeed in a sales environment.

What you'll be doing

You'll be trained to become a specialist recruitment consultant, combining sales, business development and candidate management.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Speaking to businesses and developing new client relationships
• Winning new recruitment opportunities through business development
• Identifying and approaching candidates within the tech market
• Interviewing candidates and understanding what motivates them
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Building your own network and becoming an expert in your chosen market

It’s a role where you’ll be on the phone, having conversations, winning business and competing against your own targets.

You could be a recent graduate, have experience in sales, or simply have a competitive background where you're used to working towards targets.
