What You'll Be Doing

You'll be trained to become a successful Recruitment Consultant, working across:

• Candidate sourcing and headhunting
• Building relationships with clients
• Winning new business
• Managing the recruitment process
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Working towards individual and team targets

The Package

• £27,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• £40,000 OTE in Year 1
