They're now looking to bring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant into their Reading office. You don't need recruitment experience or a specific degree – they're looking for someone with ambition, resilience and the drive to make things happen.

What will you be doing?

• Building relationships with senior professionals and high-profile clients.

• Identifying talented candidates and matching them with exciting opportunities.

• Developing new business through calls, networking and proactive outreach.

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

• Working towards targets, winning new business and earning commission.

• Developing specialist knowledge across policy, public affairs and communications.
