Our client is an established Executive Search business, working with senior professionals and leading organisations across their market. They’re looking for ambitious salespeople who want more responsibility, stronger earning potential and a clear route to progression.

No recruitment experience required.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be involved in the full Executive Search process, from identifying the right people through to getting the deal over the line.

• Researching markets and identifying senior-level talent
• Headhunting and approaching candidates
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Managing the search process from start to finish
• Conducting interviews and presenting candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Working towards personal and team targets

This is a role where being comfortable picking up the phone, having commercial conversations and dealing with senior people is important.
