What you need:
- 2025 or 2026 Russell Group or Oxbridge Graduate
- People who are hungry to succeed
- Played competitive sports, or completed extra curriculars at school (preferred)
- Can have (not needed) one years commercial experience in another sector or recruitment
Role Highlights:
- Researching and headhunting board level professionals
- Managing end-to-end executive search process
- Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking
- Guide a candidate through the process of interviewing
- Learning how to negotiate and close a deal
- Gaining international exposure across global markets
- Networking with board-level executives
- Placing into FTSE 100
