Graduate Recruitment Consultant

The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging senior professionals for your clients. You’ll develop your market knowledge, build relationships with high-calibre candidates, and work closely with businesses to understand their hiring needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying senior-level candidates within specific markets

• Approaching and engaging high-calibre professionals

• Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates

• Developing an in-depth understanding of your chosen market

• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements

• Managing the recruitment process from initial search through to successful placement

• Developing your professional network and industry knowledge

• Working towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For

You may be a recent graduate looking to start your career, or you may already have experience in sales, business development, recruitment, professional services, or another client-facing environment.
