About the Role
Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a growing specialist recruitment business working across the Finance and Technology sectors. They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in a fast-paced, commercial and people-focused environment, with full training provided.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates who have a competitive sporting background. Experience in sport can demonstrate many of the qualities that translate well into recruitment, including resilience, self-motivation, discipline, determination, competitiveness and drive.
You don't need previous recruitment experience. What matters most is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work with both candidates and clients within the Finance and Technology markets.
Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for client vacancies

Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career aspirations

Developing relationships with new and existing clients

Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls

Using LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment databases to identify talent

Managing candidates through the recruitment process
-
Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements
-
Developing specialist knowledge of your chosen market
-
Working towards individual and team targets
-
Building a long-term career within recruitment

Previous recruitment experience is not required.

A background in competitive sport, university sport or high-performance environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
