What you'll be doing

Recruitment is part sales, part relationship-building and part problem-solving. You'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Winning new business
• Managing your own vacancies from start to finish
• Conducting interviews and presenting candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Working towards individual targets and earning uncapped commission

You don't need recruitment experience. We're more interested in how you operate.

You'll suit the role if you're:

• Comfortable in a busy, sales-led environment

Previous experience in sales, estate agency, hospitality, retail, sport or another target-driven environment is useful, but not essential.
