Our client is a specialist white-collar recruitment business looking to add ambitious graduates and aspiring sales professionals to its London team.

This is a genuinely commercial role. You'll spend your time speaking to businesses and candidates, building relationships, winning opportunities and ultimately putting the two together.

You don't need recruitment experience. What matters is that you're competitive, confident and motivated by doing well.

The role

You'll be trained across the full recruitment process, including:

• Developing new and existing client relationships
• Identifying and approaching candidates through headhunting and networking
• Winning vacancies and taking ownership of your own desk
• Interviewing candidates and managing the process through to offer
• Negotiating salaries and closing deals
• Building a strong network within your chosen market
• Growing your billing and progressing through the business

A degree is preferred but not essential, and previous recruitment experience isn't required. Sales, estate agency, hospitality, retail or other target-driven experience can be useful, but personality and attitude matter more.

The package

• £29,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• £45,000+ OTE in Year 1
• £65,000–£75,000+ OTE in Year 2
• £100,000+ OTE in Year 3
