They are looking for ambitious graduates and entry-level candidates to join their growing London team as Recruitment Consultants.

No previous recruitment experience is required, they’re looking for people with the right attitude, drive and willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to manage the full recruitment process, including:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients

• Identifying and approaching high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms

• Conducting candidate interviews and understanding career goals

• Developing your own specialist market and candidate network

• Working with leading automotive and technology businesses internationally

• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to offer

• Developing new business and building long-term client relationships

• Working towards individual and team targets

• Becoming an expert within your chosen recruitment market
