Our client is looking for ambitious individuals to join their August/September 2026 intake. You'll receive structured training, ongoing support, and the chance to develop into a successful recruitment consultant within a specialist, high-performing team.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while developing valuable sales and business development skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
- Building relationships with professionals and hiring managers
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Managing interviews, feedback, and offers
- Negotiating placements and generating revenue
- Working towards individual targets and earning uncapped commission

What's on Offer
- £28,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
- Realistic Year 1 OTE of £40,000–£50,000
- Year 2 OTE of £50,000–£75,000
