About the Role
What you'll get:
- £30-£35k base salary + 48% commission structure

What you need:
- Up to a years experience within any recruitment sector
- 2024 graduate with commercial experience
- 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above
- 2026 graduate with a 2:1 or above
- Sales or cold calling experience (not required)
- People who are hungry to succeed
- Played competitive sports, or completed extra curriculars at school (preferred)
Role Highlights:
- Researching and headhunting senior professionals
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, cold calling
- Guide a candidate through the process of interviewing
- Learning how to negotiate and close a deal
- Gaining international exposure across global markets
- Networking with board-level executives
