The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a busy, supportive team and will be trained in all aspects of recruitment. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience and gradually take ownership of your own clients and candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and attracting candidates through multiple sourcing channels
- Conducting candidate screenings and interviews
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
- Writing compelling job adverts and managing applications
- Supporting senior consultants on key assignments
- Maintaining accurate records and managing your recruitment pipeline
- Developing new business skills as you progress
About You
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
- Resilient with a positive, can-do attitude
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Interested in a long-term career in recruitment or sales
- Any previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or office environments is advantageous
