About the Role
Graduate / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant 📍 London | Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
I’m currently partnering with a growing recruitment agency in London that is looking to bring on a driven Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant as part of their ongoing expansion.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to kickstart a career in a fast-paced, people-focused, and financially rewarding industry. Full training is provided, along with a clear path for progression.
The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as the link between clients and candidates, managing the full hiring process while building long-term relationships. You’ll be working in a sales-driven environment where performance is rewarded and progression is merit-based.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing methods
- Writing compelling job adverts to attract top talent
- Qualifying candidates through calls and interviews
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
- Negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates
- Working towards individual revenue and activity targets
