Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

I’m currently working with a fast-growing technology recruitment firm in London that is looking to hire an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to break into both recruitment and the highly lucrative tech market, with full training provided and clear progression from day one.

The Role

You’ll specialise in placing technology professionals across areas such as software engineering, data, cloud, and cybersecurity. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building a strong network within the tech space.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
• Writing and posting targeted job adverts for technical roles
• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
• Building relationships with clients ranging from startups to established tech firms
• Managing interview processes and candidate preparation
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Developing market knowledge within your chosen tech vertical
