The Opportunity

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, working with both candidates and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and identifying candidates for specialist roles

• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

• Developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Conducting candidate screening and interviews

• Understanding client requirements and delivering suitable candidates

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

• Negotiating offers and closing vacancies

• Working towards individual and team targets
