Our client is a growing specialist recruitment business looking for an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their London team.

No previous recruitment experience is required. 

The Role

You’ll learn the full recruitment process, working with both clients and candidates to make successful placements.

• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and networking

• Build relationships with candidates and clients

• Develop new business and win new clients

• Manage vacancies from initial brief through to placement

• Interview, qualify and advise candidates

• Negotiate offers and close deals

• Build your own specialist market and network

• Work towards individual targets and earn uncapped commission

What You'll Get

• £26,000-30,000 basic salary
