What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Identifying top talent through LinkedIn, referrals and market research.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
- Learning how to develop business relationships with leading organisations.
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Becoming a market expert within a specialist technology or finance niche.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive and ambitious mindset.
- Resilient, driven and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or sports background is advantageous but not essential.
