Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Our client is a specialist recruitment business partnering with some of the most exciting companies across Technology, FinTech, Investment Banking, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation and Financial Services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Identifying top talent through LinkedIn, referrals and market research.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
• Learning how to develop business relationships with leading organisations.
• Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Becoming a market expert within a specialist technology or finance niche.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive and ambitious mindset.
• Resilient, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or sports background is advantageous but not essential.
