No previous recruitment experience is required. You’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching and support from experienced consultants, giving you everything you need to build a successful career in recruitment.

The Role

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop relationships with both candidates and clients while learning how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and professional networks

• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, skills and career ambitions

• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

• Developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Understanding client requirements and taking detailed job briefs

• Advertising vacancies and identifying suitable candidates

• Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process

• Negotiating offers and helping candidates through to successful placement

• Researching your specialist market and keeping up with industry developments

• Developing new business opportunities

• Maintaining accurate candidate and client information on the CRM

• Working towards individual and team targets
