Key responsibilities

• Research industries and identify key market trends.

• Map organisations and identify relevant talent pools.

• Source and approach high-calibre professionals using databases, professional networks and direct outreach.

• Build relationships with candidates and clients.

• Prepare candidate profiles, research reports and client updates.

What they're looking for

• A 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group university.

• An interest in research and market intelligence.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Confidence, strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.

• Ambition to develop specialist industry knowledge.
