Salary & Commission

• £24,000-£27,000 base salary

• Uncapped commission (no threshold)

Progression

• Promotion to Recruitment Consultant: 6–9 months

• Senior Consultant: 12–18 months

• Management opportunities within 2–3 years

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a sales-driven role where you’ll build your own client base and earn commission from day one.

• Speaking to candidates daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Building relationships with clients and winning new business

• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Becoming a specialist in your market
