About the Role
You’ll be trained to run the full recruitment cycle, working closely with both clients and candidates. From first contact to final offer, you’ll play a key role in matching talent with opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach suitable candidates
• Review applications and create job adverts
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates
• Arrange interviews and manage feedback
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Manage multiple roles in a target-driven environment

About You

• Graduate or equivalent
• Strong communicator with confidence and drive
• Ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous
