What We’re Looking For

• Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred)

• Strong work ethic and competitive mindset

• Confident communicator with natural relationship-building skills

• Resilient, driven, and financially motivated

Desirable (but not essential):

• Sports background (team or individual competition)

• Degree from a Russell Group university

• Previous sales or commercial experience
