Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a market-leading recruitment business, is looking to hire ambitious individuals to join their growing team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. No recruitment experience is required. They are particularly interested in candidates from competitive backgrounds, including sport, sales, hospitality, customer service, and business development.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.
Source and interview candidates for a range of positions.
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process.
Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission.
Become an expert within your specialist market.

What We're Looking For

Background in sport, sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other target-driven environments.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethic and resilience.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ambitious with a desire for career progression.
Degree educated is advantageous but not essential.
