The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.

• Source and interview candidates for a range of positions.

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.

• Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process.

• Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission.

• Become an expert within your specialist market.
