As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be building relationships with professionals and businesses, becoming a trusted expert within your market.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Speaking with candidates and understanding their career goals.

• Building long-term relationships with clients.

• Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, networking and referrals.

• Managing the interview and offer process.

• Negotiating salaries and job offers.

• Winning new business and growing your own client portfolio.

• Becoming a specialist within a high-value market.

• £27,000–£30,000 base salary.

• Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000–£50,000+.
