No previous recruitment experience is required—we'll provide full training, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you become a successful recruitment consultant.

You'll work with professional clients and candidates across a range of white-collar sectors, building relationships and matching talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and interviewing professional candidates

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

• Advertising vacancies across leading job boards and social media

• Matching candidates to suitable white-collar positions

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

• Developing new business through networking and outbound calls

• Negotiating offers and providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For

• No recruitment experience required

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Confident speaking with professionals over the phone and face-to-face

• Organised with good attention to detail
