The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

Building strong client and candidate relationships Sourcing top talent through headhunting and networking Negotiating offers and closing deals under pressure Thriving in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

The package:

£26K base salary + uncapped commission (£40–45K OTE Year 1) Tailored training and 1-to-1 mentoring A fun, target-driven culture with likeminded people Incentives including sports events, socials, and trips abroad
