Head of Talent

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + bonus + equity potential

The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a high-growth, investor-backed recruitment business operating in the global energy and infrastructure markets. With an established international footprint and ambitious scale plans, they’re now looking for a Head of Talent to build, shape, and lead their internal hiring strategy.

This is a pivotal role, working directly with the founders and leadership team to attract top billing consultants and future leaders into the business.

The Role

• Own and deliver the internal hiring strategy across multiple international offices
• Recruit experienced 360 consultants and leadership hires within energy markets
• Build a strong employer brand to position the business as a destination for top talent
• Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and growth plans
• Implement scalable processes, tools, and reporting around talent acquisition
• Play a key role in onboarding, retention strategy, and culture development

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience hiring experienced recruiters (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of the energy, renewables, or infrastructure markets (preferred)
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Confident stakeholder manager with exposure to leadership teams
• Passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-growth environment
