Entry level Recruiter - April & May 2023 - Immediate Start

With the prospect of earning over £100k by year 3, you will have a clear path of progression to constantly strive for new goals in an uncapped industry as an Entry level recruiter:

  • Basic salary Year 1 - £24,000 with a realistic earning potential of £40,000
  • Year 2 OTE of £60,000 plus
  • Year 3 OTE of £90,000 plus

The Role

Recruitment is a highly commission-based job, meaning the earning potential is well within your hands. You will start as a 180 Entry level recruiter, and as you progress, you will do 360 recruiting.
