Trainee Recruitment Consultant – August/September 2026 Start

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive industry-leading training while learning how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Interviewing and qualifying applicants
- Writing and advertising live vacancies
- Managing interview processes and candidate feedback
- Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and securing successful placements
- Working towards targets while earning uncapped commission

- Experience in a sales, customer-facing, or target-driven role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed

What's on Offer
- £28,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE: £40,000–£50,000
- Year 2 OTE: £50,000–£75,000
- Year 3 OTE: £75,000–£100,000+
