£26,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

The Role
You'll work alongside experienced consultants who will teach you how to become an expert in your own specialist market. As your confidence grows, you'll take ownership of your own client relationships and candidate network.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Speaking with professionals and understanding their career goals
- Partnering with businesses to help them secure top talent
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates
- Managing interviews, offers and salary negotiations
- Building long-term client relationships and generating new business
