What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you’ll be involved in live executive search assignments, including:

• Researching companies, markets and senior professionals
• Identifying and approaching high-performing individuals
• Speaking with senior candidates about their careers
• Building and maintaining a strong professional network
• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements
• Supporting searches from initial brief through to appointment
• Developing expertise within a specialist market
• Progressing towards running your own searches and client relationships
