Trainee Recruitment Consultant

London | £27,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role

You'll work with businesses and candidates throughout the hiring process, including:

• Winning and managing client relationships
• Sourcing and approaching candidates
• Conducting interviews and candidate meetings
• Managing vacancies from brief through to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Developing your own network and market

You'll be given structured training from the start, with ongoing coaching as you develop.
