What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across the full recruitment process, combining sales, business development and relationship management:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Arranging and managing interviews
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Working towards targets and earning commission

You don't need recruitment experience. We're looking for graduates with the personality and mindset to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

You'll be a strong fit if you're:

£28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
