The Role
This is a sales-focused role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and negotiating offers. This position is ideal for highly motivated individuals looking for a competitive, high-reward environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to placement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Stay informed on market trends and industry developments
Candidate Requirements

Degree from a Russell Group university
-
Graduate / Entry-level / Trainee experience

Sales, target-driven, or commercial mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Resilient, competitive, and financially motivated

Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
