As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll become an expert within your market and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:-
Identifying and engaging top talent through LinkedIn, networking and referrals.

Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.

Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.

Writing job adverts and marketing opportunities.

Generating new business opportunities and building your own client base.

Negotiating offers and providing consultative advice to clients and candidates.

Developing into a trusted specialist within your market.
You don't need previous recruitment experience, we're more interested in attitude than background.
Successful consultants typically have:

A degree or equivalent experience.

Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships.

A competitive edge, whether through sport, academics, sales or entrepreneurial ventures.

Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or leadership roles is advantageous but not essential.
