As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll become an expert within your market and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Identifying and engaging top talent through LinkedIn, networking and referrals.

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.

• Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.

• Writing job adverts and marketing opportunities.

• Generating new business opportunities and building your own client base.

• Negotiating offers and providing consultative advice to clients and candidates.

• Developing into a trusted specialist within your market.

You don't need previous recruitment experience, we're more interested in attitude than background.

Successful consultants typically have:

• A degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships.

• A competitive edge, whether through sport, academics, sales or entrepreneurial ventures.

• Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or leadership roles is advantageous but not essential.
