Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission

They work with a broad range of clients, from fast-growing start-ups to global organisations, helping them attract exceptional talent across highly competitive sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an ambitious Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join their Central London office.

No previous recruitment experience is required. They're looking for motivated, commercially minded individuals who are eager to build a successful career in a fast-paced, rewarding industry.

The Role

You'll receive comprehensive training and support from experienced consultants, learning every aspect of the recruitment process while building your own network of candidates and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
• Building relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement.
• Conducting candidate interviews and providing market advice.
• Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
• Developing new business opportunities within your specialist market.

About You

• Degree educated or experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, competitive and target-driven.
• Resilient with a strong work ethic.
