The Role – Technology Recruitment Consultant

You’ll work with innovative tech companies to help them hire top talent across software engineering, data, cloud, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and headhunt candidates (e.g. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers)

• Build relationships with clients across tech industries (fintech, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity)

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to offer stage

• Win new business through calls, meetings, and networking

• Become a specialist in your chosen tech market

• Hit and exceed targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

What They’re Looking For 

• Graduate / Entry-Level / Trainee / Junior experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ambitious, competitive, and financially motivated

• Resilient and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in technology / tech industry (preferred)

• Available for an immediate - July start
