Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology
Location: London
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k in Year 1)

The Role:
This is a commercial, client-facing role where you’ll use your sales skills to connect growing tech businesses with highly sought-after talent. You’ll be trained to manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement, operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building new client relationships through proactive business development
• Headhunting and engaging technology professionals
• Interviewing candidates and managing recruitment pipelines
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Working to clear targets with uncapped earning potential

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months’ experience in a sales or target-driven environment
• Confident, persuasive communicator with commercial awareness
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by financial success
• Highly organised and able to thrive under pressure
• Interest in technology is beneficial, not essential
