The Opportunity

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as the link between talented professionals and leading businesses, helping both achieve their goals while building your own successful career.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging talented candidates
• Building relationships with clients and developing new business
• Writing and managing job advertisements
• Interviewing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process
• Managing offers and negotiating successful placements
• Working towards targets while earning uncapped commission
