The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll combine sales, business development, and relationship management to connect talented professionals with leading businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new client relationships and winning business
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working towards individual revenue and performance targets
