I’m currently partnering with a growing recruitment agency in London that is looking to bring on a driven Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant as part of their ongoing expansion.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as the link between clients and candidates, managing the full hiring process while building long-term relationships. You’ll be working in a sales-driven environment where performance is rewarded and progression is merit-based.

Your day-to-day will include:

Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing methods Writing compelling job adverts to attract top talent Qualifying candidates through calls and interviews Building relationships with new and existing clients Coordinating interviews and managing feedback Negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates Working towards individual revenue and activity targets
